On May 1st of 2014, T.C. Irons Agency started a group health benefits department to assist you with all your health benefit needs. With over 10 years of experience, John Statuto will be your Benefits Manager. He will take a look at your current coverage and give you personalized feedback.

TCI Brokerage will help you to manage your benefits efficiently. We strongly believe in our five points of service.
- Review your current coverage: All insurance products should be reviewed at least once every year or two. Our staff will make outreach calls once a year to check and see how your coverage is performing. Also, we are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your plan.
- Comprehensive comparison of coverage: You can think of us as your personal shopper. We will help review and compare insurance plans side-by-side and point out differences in products, network access, and customer service between carriers. Our goal is to help you select a plan that will fit your needs and budget.
- Efficient processing of your application: Our services continue through the application process. Filling out applications can be daunting. However, if certain information is missing, it could delay the underwriting process. We will make sure your application is correct and complete before it is sent for review.
- Customer service: Our skilled staff is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you have a problem with a claim or any service you receive from an insurance company, we will gladly step in and help sort it out for you.
